Account & verification

Verification is usually reviewed quickly. If you've been asked for more information, check your email for the details and resubmit from the app. Passengers verify their identity and sailing; crew verify with a crew ID card and an employment letter.

Memberships

Subscriptions are billed and managed through the App Store or Google Play. To cancel or change a plan, open your store's subscription settings. See plans and pricing.

Can't find your voyage?

We add sailings continuously. If yours is missing, email us with your cruise line, ship and departure date and we'll look into it.

Safety

You can block or report any member or post in the app. If anyone is in immediate danger on board, contact ship security or the guest services desk straight away.
